Wonderful vintage Hawaiian puka shell choker necklace. The necklace has 100% natural puka shells that are rustic and average 8.8 mm to 9.2 mm in diameter. The shapes of the shells are round to oblong and the way they are strung gives it a rustic style. The shells are various shades of white and of white. It is on nylon and has a silvertone barrel clasp. These shells have natural holes, They have great wear from the ocean and sand and are bleached white by the sun.. They have not been polished and have an shiny eggshell surface.
