Vintage hand carved Italian shell cameo. Carved with great detail , look at the strands of hair! She is unset because her gold setting was taken for melt. Measures 7/8" by 3/4". Very fine carving with a patina that shows off the detail. Has not been cleaned. Weight: 1.8 grams.
