Vintage handmade solid sterling silver belt buckle by Hopi artist Fermin Hawee. Hallmarked on the back as well as bearing the Hopi Guild mark. the design was executed with the overlay technique and it is set with a natural blue turquoise stone that has dark matrix and a light chert host rock that shows through in the center of the stone.
For a belt that is 1 5/8" wide. The buckle measures 2 7/8" by 2". weight: 55 grams.
